Last Friday, we celebrated World Book Day. Each year group had a theme related to stories they had read and enjoyed.

Some children dressed up as characters from those stories, others made and wore a badge with their character’s name on it or had the book cover pinned to their t-shirt.  Everyone enjoyed celebrating great books and reading for pleasure.

Don’t forget to spend the £1 book token that you were given! You can use this to either purchase one of the special World Book Day books or put it towards any book that costs £2.99 or more.
