Candidates are selected for interview by a Selection Panel who undertake a shortlisting process matching applicants against the job description and person specification. The Selection Panel is only able to base their decision regarding your suitability on the information provided in your application form.
To ensure that the Selection Panel is able to make an informed decision about inviting you to interview, please ensure that your application provides a complete picture of you, your ability to undertake the role and suitability for the post.
When completing your application form, consider the Job Description and Person Specification as they contain information about the qualifications, experience and “type” of person we are seeking to appoint.
Applicants are invited to demonstrate how they meet the requirements of the advertised position, by detailing all relevant qualifications, knowledge, experience and skills.
